- Brown the ground beef, hot sausage, diced green pepper, and diced onion in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Spread 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the cooked pasta over the sauce.
- Add the sliced pepperoni evenly over the pasta.
- Distribute the drained mushroom pieces and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
- Add the remaining cooked pasta, followed by the rest of the spaghetti sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
