Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 lb. franks, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. In hot butter in skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender.
  3. Stir in franks, mustard, soup and milk.
  4. Turn into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Prepare muffin mix as label directs.
  6. Pour over franks mixture.
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until corn muffin mix is done.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
