Ingredients

  • For dough:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • For filling:
  • ham or sausage (fully cooked)
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients for dough in blender; process until smooth.
  2. Pour half of batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Evenly distribute fillings.
  4. Top with remaining batter, and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
