Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen tortellini
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in boiling water until done.
  2. Place frozen broccoli in a colander; break up with a fork and pour hot water over it to drain.
  3. Drain the cooked tortellini and boiling water over the broccoli.
  4. Put the drained mixture in a bowl with olive oil, margarine, and garlic powder.
  5. Add grated cheese to taste and toss to combine.
