Tortellini Bites

- Reserve 1 1/4 cups of broth from the can.
- Bring the remaining broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the frozen cheese tortellini and cook until tender.
- Drain the cooked tortellini and set aside.
- In a small bowl, blend the cornstarch into the reserved broth.
- In a large saucepan, sauté garlic and basil in margarine for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the cornstarch-broth mixture to the saucepan.
- Cook and stir until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
- Place the cooked tortellini in a serving dish.
- Pour the broth mixture and Parmesan cheese over the tortellini and toss.
- Serve with toothpicks.
