Tortilla Beef Roll-Ups

Creamy bacon horseradish dip enhances tender sliced beef in these flavorful tortilla roll-ups, perfect for entertaining or a quick, satisfying appetizer or lunch option.

Ingredients

  • 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton bacon horseradish dip
  • 10 to 12 oz. thinly sliced cooked beef
  • leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Spread about 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip on one side of each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
  2. Top each tortilla with 1 or 2 slices of cooked, thinly sliced beef.
  3. Spread another 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip over the beef.
  4. Add leaf lettuce leaves on top of the dip.
  5. Roll each tortilla jelly roll style, starting from one edge.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down on a platter.
  7. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  8. Before serving, cut each roll-up crosswise into thirds.
