Instructions
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip on one side of each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
- Top each tortilla with 1 or 2 slices of cooked, thinly sliced beef.
- Spread another 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip over the beef.
- Add leaf lettuce leaves on top of the dip.
- Roll each tortilla jelly roll style, starting from one edge.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam side down on a platter.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Before serving, cut each roll-up crosswise into thirds.
