Instructions
- Butter a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix all ingredients together: cooked chicken, torn tortillas, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, chopped onion, and grated Cheddar cheese.
- Let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with taco sauce.
