Traditional Egg Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325'F
- Brown sausages in skillet
- Whip eggs and add all ingredients except sausage and croutons
- Cut sausages in thirds
- Place sausages in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add egg mixture to dish with sausage
- Top with croutons
- Bake for 1 hour or until center is set
- Can prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight.
- If so, bring to room temp before placing in oven.
