Traditional Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Croutons
  • 8 each Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Minced onions
  • 2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325'F
  2. Brown sausages in skillet
  3. Whip eggs and add all ingredients except sausage and croutons
  4. Cut sausages in thirds
  5. Place sausages in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  6. Add egg mixture to dish with sausage
  7. Top with croutons
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until center is set
  9. Can prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight.
  10. If so, bring to room temp before placing in oven.
