Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • whipped topping and nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
  4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool the pie before cutting.
