A colorful layered dessert combining fresh fruit, fluffy cake, and creamy pudding, perfect for gatherings and light enough for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 3 or 4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 small package strawberry jello
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 package peach jello

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients beginning with the angel food cake at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
  2. Add sliced peaches, blueberries, chopped pecans, sliced apples, strawberry jello, and peach jello in alternating layers as desired.
  3. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of fruit and jello.
  4. Top with vanilla instant pudding mixed according to package instructions.
  5. Finish with a layer of Cool Whip on top.
