Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 grated onion
  • Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces to taste
  • 1 pkg. green lima beans, cooked separately
  • 1 pkg. French-cut green beans
  • 1 pkg. green peas
  • 2 grated hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, olive oil, onion and sauces for dressing. Cook the beans and peas separately as directed on package; drain. Marinate all in dressing.
  2. Top with the grated eggs.
