Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Hormel bacon bits
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
  2. Mix together grated cheddar cheese, bacon bits, Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the Triscuit crackers.
  4. Place the coated crackers on the prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and the topping is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
