Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana into 4 pieces.
  2. Combine banana, crushed pineapple, strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and honey in a blender or food processor.
  3. Whirl until smooth.
  4. Fill 6-ounce paper cups or plastic popholders with the mixture.
  5. Insert a wooden stick into each cup.
  6. Freeze until solid.
