- Add eggs and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the nut and fruit mixture until evenly combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
