Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon almonds, blanched and sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely grate almonds and add flour. Blend well.
  2. Add butter, milk, and sugar; blend for 8 to 10 seconds until a ball of dough forms.
