Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk light tuna
  • 4 ice cream cones
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 black olives (without pits)
  • 1 small dill pickle

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of chunk light tuna.
  2. In a bowl, combine the tuna with mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to portion the tuna mixture.
  4. Place each scoop into an ice cream cone.
  5. Slice the black olives and small dill pickle thinly.
  6. Garnish each tuna cone with the sliced olives and pickle slices before serving.
