Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan and add bell pepper and cook gently about 3 minutes.
- Stir in flour and milk gradually.
- When smooth add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly (about 15 minutes).
- Add tuna fish and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve over buttered toast.
