Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 slices white bread
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white meat tuna, well drained
  • 1 egg, separated

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except the egg white.
  2. Put the mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Beat the egg white until fluffy.
  4. Spread the beaten egg white over the top of the tuna mixture.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 30 minutes.
