Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can tuna, drained
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Have cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. Mix all ingredients together: drained tuna, cream cheese, chopped pecans, minced onion, and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and roll each into a log shape.
  4. Chill the logs overnight to firm up.
  5. Serve as an appetizer with crackers.
