Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 4 oz canned tuna fish
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks and combine them with the canned tuna fish.
  2. Stir in onion flakes, dry mustard, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the beaten egg whites into the tuna mixture gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
  6. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
