Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups uncooked seashell macaroni
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; omit salt; drain.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped parsley; mix well.
  3. Layer half of the cooked macaroni, cheese mixture, and drained crabmeat in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Repeat the layering with the remaining macaroni, cheese mixture, and crabmeat.
  5. Top with peeled and sliced tomatoes.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded sharp Cheddar cheese on top before serving.
