- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped parsley; mix well.
- Layer half of the cooked macaroni, cheese mixture, and drained crabmeat in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining macaroni, cheese mixture, and crabmeat.
- Top with peeled and sliced tomatoes.
