Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2-ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup seeded, finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; stir well. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 1 hour.
