Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons capers

Instructions

  1. Place the egg in a blender and whirl at low speed.
  2. Slowly add the drained tuna, lemon juice, and salt while blending.
  3. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and fold in chopped parsley and capers.
