Tuna Tango Spread
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna ⓘ
- 1/2 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. mustard ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 2 c. fresh diced vegetables (red, green and yellow bell peppers, seeded cucumber, tomatoes, scallions, celery and broccoli) ⓘ
- chips (potato or corn) or Wasa crisp bread crackers ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together tuna, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper sauce and salt.
- Fold diced vegetables into tuna mixture and chill. Serve on crackers, chips or crisp bread.
- Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
