Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 scallion bulbs
  • 1 can corn (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Chop the scallion bulbs finely.
  4. Open the can of tuna and drain excess liquid.
  5. Add the tuna, chopped scallions, and Parmesan cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Mix well until combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or tart pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve.
