Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup grated American cheese

Instructions

  1. Break the tuna into small pieces.
  2. Stir in chopped onion, chopped pimento, hot cooked rice, and a dash of Tabasco sauce.
  3. Pack the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Mix golden mushroom soup with water and pour over the tuna mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  6. Sprinkle grated American cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
