Turkey Almond Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. frozen mixed vegetable in onion sauce
  • 6 oz. Betty Crocker Noodles Almondine
  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables according to package directions, using milk.
  2. Combine vegetables with the uncooked noodles from the mix, the packet of noodle sauce from the mix, boiling water, turkey, and butter.
  3. Mix very thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a casserole dish; cover and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Uncover the casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
