Ingredients

  • 3 c. cut up, cooked turkey
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply fried
  • 1/2 small head cauliflower, separated into tiny flowerets
  • 1/4 c. sliced radishes
  • 1/3 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion with top, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • lettuce cups or leaves
  • 1 medium avocado, cut into 12 slices

Instructions

  1. Mix the turkey, bacon, cauliflower and radishes in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
