Turkey-Bacon Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c. cut up, cooked turkey ⓘ
- 8 slices bacon, crisply fried ⓘ
- 1/2 small head cauliflower, separated into tiny flowerets ⓘ
- 1/4 c. sliced radishes ⓘ
- 1/3 c. plain yogurt ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 green onion with top, sliced ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper ⓘ
- lettuce cups or leaves ⓘ
- 1 medium avocado, cut into 12 slices ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix the turkey, bacon, cauliflower and radishes in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
