Turkey Bonnets

Ingredients

  • 2 (2 1/2 oz. each) pkg. sliced turkey
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) can (5) biscuits
  • 1 tsp. pimento strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Arrange turkey in 5 portions in ungreased baking dish.
  3. Combine soup, milk and chopped pimento strips.
  4. Pour over turkey.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Heat in oven until warm and bubbly.
  7. Separate dough into 5 biscuits.
  8. Place one on each portion of turkey.
  9. Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Serve with cranberry sauce.
