Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 lb. brisket
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Rub the brisket with salt and garlic salt.
  2. Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, liquid smoke, seasoned salt, and Tabasco together and pour over the meat.
  3. Line a pan or dish with aluminum foil and cover the meat with aluminum foil.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  5. Cook covered in foil at 250°F for 10 hours.
