Ingredients

  • 1 tator tots
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 mushrooms (sliced and washed
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 shredded cheese
  • dash tumeric
  • dash black pepper
  • 1 bacon bits
  • 1 garlic sea salt grinder

Instructions

  1. In a 9.-11 casserole dish spray with cooking spray and put tots on the bottom to cover
  2. Chop garlic and add in pan with ground turkey and add in spices cook till done
  3. In separate pan saute mushrooms in butter on med until done
  4. Once turkey is done spread evenly over tots.then put on mushrooms.shake on bacon bits and top with shredded cheese
  5. Cover dish with foil and put slits in foil and bake at 350' for1 hr when done let cool before slicing
