Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. diced turkey
  • 1 c. cooked white rice
  • 2 hard-cooked chopped eggs
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimiento (2 oz. jar)
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Butter baking dish or individual dishes. Combine turkey and next 6 ingredients.
  3. Mix together soup and milk. Add 1/2 of it to turkey mixture.
  4. Pour in dish or dishes.
  5. Spread remaining soup on top.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Serves 4.
