Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet; drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Place the cooked turkey in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, cream of celery soup, and drained mixed vegetables.
  4. Spread the vegetable mixture over the ground turkey in the casserole dish.
  5. Top the casserole with frozen hash browns.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the hash browns are crispy and the casserole is heated through, about 40 minutes.
