Instructions
- Melt 1/2 stick butter in skillet.
- Add onions; cook until tender.
- Blend in flour and salt.
- Remove from heat.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and add paprika.
- Add mushrooms and turkey.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and heat.
- Add poppy seed and 2 tablespoons butter to drained, cooked noodles.
- Toss together lightly.
