Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey
  • 2 Tbsp butter and olive oil
  • 2/3 c white wine
  • 3/4 c beef broth
  • 1/2 c chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • grated peel of 2 lemons
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Dip turkey slices in seasoned flour.
  2. Saute in butter and olive oil for two minutes on each side.
  3. Remove turkey from the pan.
  4. Add white wine, beef broth, chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated lemon peel, and lemon juice to the pan.
  5. Let the mixture come to a boil.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water and add it to the boiling mixture to thicken.
  7. Simmer gently.
  8. Add lemon slices and simmer for two minutes.
  9. Return the turkey to the pan and serve over noodles.
  10. Use the lemon slices to decorate the dish.
