Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans or jars meatless sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook ground beef, garlic, and onion in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  3. Add meatless sauce, water, and salt to the beef mixture and mix well.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and beaten eggs.
