- Roll up each cutlet from the narrow end to form a roulade.
- Coat each roulade with flour, dip in beaten eggs with water, then roll in Italian flavored bread crumbs.
- Arrange the roulades seam side down in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Chill the pan for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
