Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 6 oz. butterscotch bits
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan and press graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts into the pan.
  2. In another pan, beat the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add sugar and margarine to the eggs and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the cooked mixture over the crumb layer in the pan.
  5. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch bits over low heat until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted peanut butter and butterscotch mixture over the layered ingredients.
