Ingredients

  • 12 oz. butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch morsels and margarine together.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and chopped walnuts.
  3. Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Add the sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture onto the crumb crust in the pan.
  7. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
