Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • onion powder and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • soft tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a nonstick pan.
  2. Break it up as it browns. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and water.
  4. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
