Ingredients

  • 3 lb. turkey tails
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey tails in half.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and lower the heat.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Drain off the liquid.
  7. Simmer uncovered for 15 more minutes, or until the turkey is browned.
