Tender turkey wings cooked slowly in savory cream of celery or turkey gravy, served over rice for a comforting and flavorful meal perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. turkey wings
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 (12 oz.) jars Heinz Homestyle turkey gravy

Instructions

  1. Put cleaned turkey wings in the crock-pot.
  2. Pour soup and/or gravy over top of turkey wings.
  3. Add water to the crock-pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low or automatic setting until tender, about 7 hours.
  5. Remove skin from turkey wings.
  6. Pick meat off bones and set aside.
  7. Spoon fat off the broth and pour broth into a small pan.
  8. Mix cornstarch and water in a glass, then pour into the broth.
  9. Heat until thickened to desired consistency.
  10. Put the cooked meat into the gravy.
  11. Serve over rice.
