Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Mix together softened cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of sour cream until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the batter is smooth.
  5. Bake the cheesecake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes or until set.
