Ingredients

  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 c. diced apples
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. oats

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 9-inch glass baking pan.
  2. Place diced apples in the prepared pan evenly.
  3. Mix melted butter and brown sugar together, then add graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, flour, cinnamon, oats, and sweetened condensed milk; mix until the mixture is coarse.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the apples in the pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
