Ingredients

  • 4 lb. turkey wings
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Separate wings at joints.
  3. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat in salad oil, fry a few pieces at a time, until browned.
  4. Put wings in roasting pan.
  5. Combine soup, salt, pepper and paprika (do not dilute); spread over wings.
  6. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
