Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • cheese and parsley, chopped or honey and powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Heat a medium hot grill and spread the batter thinly, cooking until golden brown.
  4. Roll up the crepes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with honey or cheese.
