Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarins, drained
  • black olives, cut in halves
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 sweet red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Arrange mandarin slices on lettuce leaves alternately with red onions.
  2. Top with black olives.
  3. Combine olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste, and pour over the salad.
