Raw Vegetable Marinade
A vibrant raw vegetable marinade combining fresh cauliflower, carrots, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, and olives in a zesty Italian dressing, perfect for refreshing, healthy snacking or side dishes.

- In a large mixing bowl with a lid, chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice carrots very thin.
- Slice red or sweet onion into thick slices and cut across into small chunks.
- Slice celery ribs and black olives.
- Add Italian dressing to the vegetables, rinsing the bottle with water and pouring it in. Stir until well mixed.
- Refrigerate, stirring occasionally.
- Two to three hours before serving, chop the Italian tomatoes into chunks and add to the vegetables, stirring well.
- Serve and enjoy.
