Raw Vegetable Marinade

A vibrant raw vegetable marinade combining fresh cauliflower, carrots, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, and olives in a zesty Italian dressing, perfect for refreshing, healthy snacking or side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 to 3 Italian tomatoes
  • 8 oz. jar Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli
  • red or sweet onion
  • black olives (10 to 12)
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl with a lid, chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice carrots very thin.
  3. Slice red or sweet onion into thick slices and cut across into small chunks.
  4. Slice celery ribs and black olives.
  5. Add Italian dressing to the vegetables, rinsing the bottle with water and pouring it in. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally.
  7. Two to three hours before serving, chop the Italian tomatoes into chunks and add to the vegetables, stirring well.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
