  • salt and pepper
  • milk
  • paprika
  • slices of Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork.
  2. Bake the potatoes at 425°F for 40 to 60 minutes or until done.
  3. Cut a lengthwise strip from the top of each potato.
  4. Scoop out the potato flesh carefully, avoiding breaking the shells.
