Twice Fried Bananas
Ingredients
- 3 bananas plantains
- oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Peel the bananas.
- Cut them on the diagonal about 1 1/2 inches thick.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Fry until they turn yellow on both sides.
- Prick them with a fork to make sure they are soft.
- Remove from pan and squash them between 2 plates.
- Then fry them again until they are crispy.
- Good with fried chicken or pork chops.
