Twice Fried Bananas

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas plantains
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas.
  2. Cut them on the diagonal about 1 1/2 inches thick.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry until they turn yellow on both sides.
  5. Prick them with a fork to make sure they are soft.
  6. Remove from pan and squash them between 2 plates.
  7. Then fry them again until they are crispy.
  8. Good with fried chicken or pork chops.
